Biography

Private A Brigden was serving with the 2/9th Battalion Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders when he passed through Peterborough East Station on 26 February 1917.  He wrote in the visitors’ book “Here’s the best of good luck & health to the ladies of the S&S. Rest Room Peterboro”.  He was stationed at Norwich.

We have been unable to trace Private Brigden.
