Biography

Trooper A Farmer passed through Peterborough East Station and signed the visitors’ book on  14 October 1916.  He was travelling with other soldiers from the Northamptonshire Yeomanry including Trooper Law and Sergeant Benjamin Woods.  They were stationed at Trusthorpe Hall Camp, nr Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire.  For further information on the 2/1st Northamptonshire Yeomanry please see  http://www.1914-1918.net/northantsyeo.htm
