Biography

Private D McCallum passed through Peterborough East Station on 12 April 1917 and wrote in the visitors’ book “Many thanks for kindness during my stay here”.  His entry also reveals he was serving with ‘D’ Company, 2/7th Battalion of Princess Louise’s Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders and was stationed at Norwich.

Unfortunately we have not been able to identify this soldier further.
