Biography

Private E King passed through Peterborough East Station on 26 January 1917 and wrote in the visitors’ book:

When the skies are dark, My Darling

and the stars are bright above,

I will whisper how I love you

In the Starlight Sweetheart, mine.

Unfortunately, Private King has not be identified and no further information about him is known.
