Biography

Signaller E Mabbett passed through Peterborough East Station on 6 December 1916 and wrote in the visitors’ book “Many thanks for the kind attention given to me by the laidies at the G.E.R. Rest Room (Peterborough)”.  His entry reveals he was serving with the 16th A Company Training Reserve Army Service Corps, but we currently have no further information on this soldier.
