Biography

William was serving with the 1/5 Battalion King’s Own Scottish Borderers when he passed through Peterborough East Station on 10 April 1917 and signed the visitors’ book.

His signature is quite difficult to read, however we believe his name is William Creane, but we have been unable to find any information about him.
